Alumni Page: Please make sure you meet the qualifications listed below and then fill out this form if you wish to be on the La Quinta High School KIWIN'S Alumni page.
Qualifications
- You must be a past student of La Quinta High School.
- You must have been in LQ KIWIN'S and active at one point in your high school career.
- You must send us a picture that is at least 200x200 (preferably headshots). You will need to upload the picture (on photobucket, imageshack, tinypic, etc.) and give us the URL in the 'message' area of the email.
- In the 'message' area of your email, list any of your positions in KIWIN'S (07-08 Member, etc.). If you have any awards (07-08 Most Spirited Member, etc.) please include them.
